This large 20, 000 sq. ft. club opened in February, 2011 at  Eagleridge Place (sharing the centre with Tim Hortons, Tom Lee Music, Lordco and the Coquitlam Grill) on the Barnett Highway). This location was the first club in the chain and was designed  Hands-on input from Linden and features an extensive amount of fitness equipment, including over 100 cardio machines with individual personal TV screens on each opiece, free weights, selectorized strength machines and circuit training options. Included in the club is a private womens club “She’s Fit!” offering a respectful environment for women only and a private entrance into the club.

Along with the everything above comes the unbeatable value of memberships because the club focuses on services and equipment people use the most and we do not charge fees for services that most members don’t ever take advantage of. It’s simply about getting a great workout at a first class club and that’s how we keep the membership dues so affordable.
