Can I drop in?

Please register in advance for your class in the Club16 app to save your spot.

When should I arrive?

Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to start time.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing your own towel and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Group Centergy® requires your own yoga mat.

Do I clean up after class?

Yes — please wipe down and put away your equipment after use so it's ready for the next member.
