Before You Join

Is there really no contract?
Yes. No contract. To cancel, give one full calendar month's written notice through your home club. No cancellation fee, no hidden penalty.
How old do I need to be to join?
Members must be at least 13. Members 18 or younger need a cosigner. Members 15 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout their workout.
Can I try the club before joining?
Yes. Sign up for a free 3-day guest pass at any of our 17 facilities, or pay the $20 drop-in.

Is there free Wi-Fi at the club?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi at every Club16 and She's FIT! location.
Are there ladies-only areas?
Yes. Every Club16 location has a private She's FIT! area inside, plus 3 fully standalone She's FIT! locations (Metrotown, North Delta, Surrey Fleetwood).
Can I park for free?
Most locations offer free parking. Exceptions: Downtown Vancouver (discounted metered), Maple Ridge (2-hour validation), Metrotown ($25 annual pass), Richmond and South Burnaby (3-hour validation).
Is Personal Training available?
Yes. Personal Training is available at all 17 Club16 and She's FIT! locations.

Membership Information

What's included in the VIP membership?
VIP includes red light therapy, hydromassage, tanning, and at Club16 locations also infrared sauna. Plus access to all 17 Club16 and She's FIT! facilities.
Which locations can I use?
VIP members can use all 17 Club16 and She's FIT! facilities. Regular membership covers your single home club.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Free freeze for up to 3 months at a time, any reason. Ask your home club to confirm the freeze before it starts.
How do I cancel?
Submit written 30-day notice through your home club.
Can I pay for a year up front?
Yes. Minimum 12 months of bi-weekly dues paid in full at signup.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes. We offer upgrades on all memberships except fixed-term plans. Speak to a team member at your home club.

Facilities and Equipment

How heavy are the free weights?
Dumbbells go up to 90 lbs. Weight plates up to 45 lbs. At every Club16 location.
Do you have showers and lockers?
Yes. Private showers and changing booths in every Club16 and She's FIT! locker room. Bring your own lock or buy one at the front desk.
Does the facility include sauna, steam, spa or pool?
Our Metrotown She's FIT! location has a sauna, free of charge to all members. Recovery Centre amenities (infrared sauna, red light, hydromassage, tanning) are part of VIP membership at Club16 locations.
